By booking a class or using Achieva's services, the parent/guardian agrees to the following terms on behalf of themselves and their child.
Eligibility & Parental Consent
Our services are intended for use by parents/guardians booking on behalf of a minor. By booking, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the student, or have their authorization to arrange tutoring.
Free Trial Class
New students receive one complimentary trial class to assess fit before committing to paid sessions.
Pricing & Payment
Paid classes start from AED 100 per session, payable via bank transfer. Payment is required in advance of each individual session before it is confirmed and delivered.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Classes are scheduled by mutual agreement between the parent/guardian and Achieva. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 working days in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund at Achieva's discretion.
Conduct
We expect respectful communication between families and teachers. Achieva may decline or discontinue service for inappropriate conduct by either party.
Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UAE PDPL.
Limitation of Liability
Achieva does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, as results depend on the student's engagement and other factors outside our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
